March Business Breakfast

Technology has woven itself into the fabric of every industry, redefining how we work, communicate, and lead. The office is no longer just a physical space and work has evolved beyond traditional roles.

Today’s leaders are faced with a pivotal choice: cling to outdated models or embrace the opportunity to build something new and resilient. The organisations and individuals that succeed will be those who harness their Adaptability Quotient (AQ) – the ability to not just navigate change, but to thrive on it.

In this dynamic and engaging keynote, presenter Tane Hunter CEO of Future Crunch, will explore why AQ has become the most crucial predictor of success in today’s rapidly evolving landscape

Key takeaways:

  • Understanding AQ – Learn what Adaptability Quotient is, why it matters and how it can be a superpower in times of uncertainty.
  • Fostering your AQ – Discover practical strategies to develop your own adaptability, from cultivating a mindset of curiosity, to practising flexibility in both thought and action.
  • The Competitive Edge – Understand how embracing change and fostering adaptability is the key to maintaining a decisive edge in a world that won’t wait for you to catch up.

“As a small business you often work in isolation and it’s fabulous to talk to others who are sharing your experience. The BBN offers lots of opportunity to do this through their many events.”

“It gets me in touch with the decision makers of the company which come here (Business Breakfast) and it’s a good informal way of meeting them.”

“I’m not a born networker, so getting some extra support felt really lovely and was just what I needed! I ended up making over 10 contacts and 3+ business opportunities.”

“What’s really great about the BBN is that by meeting your peers in your local community you get really good information about what’s going on in business.”

“As this is my first foray into private practice, establishing new contacts will be vital, and I’m already thrilled with the organisation of of the network.”
